Return Policy – [PUROSTA]

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it according to the conditions below.

1) Return period

You have 14 days to notify us of your return from the date you received your order.

2) Return conditions

The product to be returned must be:
• unused and in resaleable condition
• in the original packaging (if possible)
• with any accessories, instructions and packaging

For hygiene/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been clearly used, damaged or are not in their original condition.

3) How do I make a return?

1. Send a return request by email: info@purosta.fi
Add in the message: order number, products to be returned and a short reason (optional).
2. You will receive instructions from us on how to complete the return.
3. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund.
4. The return will be made by post according to the return instructions.

4) Who pays for the return?

• If the return is due to a faulty or damaged product or we delivered the wrong product, we will pay the return shipping costs or send a replacement product.
• In other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5) Refunds

Once the return is approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The refund is usually processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. The payment may not appear in your account depending on the payment provider.

Note: Original shipping costs may not be refunded if the order is returned in full for reasons other than an error.

6) Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product for another, please contact info@purosta.fi before sending the return. The exchange will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

7) Cancellation before delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately: info@purosta.fi

If the order has already been processed/shipped, the return will be made through the normal return process.

8) Return address

The return address will be provided in the return instructions after the return request.
