Purosta sells products to private individuals of legal age within the EU area. These terms apply to orders placed in our online store and to similar deliveries.
These terms are effective as of 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review them each time before placing an order.
Products and Prices
The features and prices of products are presented in connection with each product listing in the online store. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the final prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order.
Product prices include applicable taxes, which are shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Ordering and Contract
You can order products via our website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and completing payment through the payment service.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable terms of service. Once your order has been accepted and confirmed by us, it becomes binding, except as otherwise stated regarding the right of withdrawal, and forms a contract between you and Purosta.
Payment and Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods available in the online store and presented at checkout.
Payment Service Provider
The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions.
Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please ensure you provide a valid email address when placing your order.
The confirmation will include details of the payment method used.
If, for any unexpected reason, we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, notify us by email at info@purosta.fi and include your order number.
Returned products must be unused and in good condition. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the payment to the original payment method without undue delay.
Inspection of Delivery, Errors and Issues
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt.
If the product is lost, damaged during transport, incorrect, or otherwise does not match your order, please notify our customer service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt. We will agree on how to resolve the issue.
In consumer transactions, we comply with mandatory liability provisions under consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of Liability
Purosta shall not be liable for any indirect, direct, or other damages related to the order, delivery, or product, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of consumer protection law or other applicable mandatory legislation provide otherwise.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes related to your order primarily through mutual agreement, so please contact our customer service first.
