Delivery Area: We deliver orders within Finland and the EU.

Delivery Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Finland: approximately 2–7 business days
EU: 3–10 business days

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Available delivery methods and prices are determined based on the delivery address.

Order Tracking: If tracking is included, you will receive a tracking code by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds: Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact info@purosta.fi as soon as possible and include a photo. We will resolve the issue promptly.
